Hailing from Paris, Texas, Jeb discovered his love for golf under the guidance of Jimmy Adams. His high school golf days at New Mexico Military Institute were marked by triumph, securing two district championships and an impressive win in the New Mexico state championship of 1975, with a runner-up spot the following year.
After playing collegiate golf at both the University of Arizona and McNeese State University, Jeb took the plunge into the professional circuit in 1984, starting strong with a final group appearance in his very first event! His professional journey took him across the globe, participating in various worldwide tours like the Canadian Tour, South American Tour, and the European Senior Tour. Over the years, Jeb has claimed victory in more than 20 professional tournaments and showcased his skills in two U.S. Opens, the Senior British Open, and two British Senior PGA championships.
In 1986, Jeb embraced his passion for teaching and began sharing his knowledge as a golf instructor. Since then, he has served as director of instruction at three different facilities. His teaching philosophy revolves around instilling the fundamental aspects of the game, and his enthusiasm for golf is nothing short of contagious, driving many to achieve their personal best.
Jeb's influence on junior golfers has been remarkable, as he guided eight young talents to compete in world championships for three consecutive years. Additionally, seven high school golfers received college golf scholarships under his mentorship, and several collegiate players reached nationally ranked status.
Using a combination of on and off-course drills, Jeb ensures his students receive comprehensive and effective coaching that yields remarkable results.
